Acceptable Use Policy

1. Commercial Use License

Iconara grants users the right to use generated icons in personal and commercial projects. However, commercial use is permitted only for original, non-infringing outputs.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to the inputs they provide (including text prompts and uploaded reference images) and the resulting generated icons.

2. Prohibited Content & Generation

You may not use the Service to generate, attempt to generate, download, or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or rights. Specifically, you agree not to generate:

  • Copyrighted Characters & Intellectual Property: Protected characters, icons, artwork, or themes owned by third-party entities (e.g., Disney characters, anime characters, gaming figures).
  • Public Figures: Real people, celebrities, or public figures without explicit written consent.
  • Brand Logos & Trademarks: Corporate logos, brand marks, registered trademarks, or any visual identity belonging to third-party companies.
  • Unlicensed Reference Materials: Uploading reference images for Image-to-Icon conversions for which you do not have permission or license to use commercially.

3. Automated Filters & Moderation

To protect copyright holders and reduce risk, Iconara employs automated validation filters that screen inputs for trademarked names, copyrighted properties, or public figure keywords.

Bypassing, attempting to bypass, or obfuscating prompts to circumvent these automated filters is a violation of our terms and will result in account suspension or termination.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

Because the Service uses generative artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, patentability, or exclusive commercial rights to any output. Similar prompts may result in similar outputs.

Iconara does not provide legal advice or make representations regarding the copyright status of AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.

5. Enforcement & Violations

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may block your access, remove generated assets, delete history entries, and withhold refunds.
