At Iconara, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-generated isometric icons. Because our service utilizes advanced cloud resources and API computations to generate assets instantly, we have established the following refund guidelines for our digital credit packages.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund for any credit package purchase under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Zero (0) credits have been consumed or used from the purchased package. We cannot issue refunds once a credit is used to generate or modify an icon.
  • The purchase was not made using a promotional code, discount coupon, or as part of a custom bundle package.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or partial credits in the following circumstances:

  • You are dissatisfied with the visual style, composition, or artistic output of the AI generation. AI output varies based on prompts and reference inputs, and we recommend utilizing our free signup credits to test the generator before making a purchase.
  • You have already used one or more credits from the purchased pack.
  • Your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at support@iconara.app with:

  • Your registered account email address.
  • The Order ID or transaction reference code (e.g., from Paddle, Midtrans, or Stripe).
  • A brief explanation of your request.

Once received, our team will review your account status and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

5. Processing Times

Refunds are issued to the original credit card, bank account, or digital wallet used for the transaction. Refund processing times typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution and payment processor.

6. Abuse and Chargebacks

If we detect suspicious behavior, chargeback abuse, or multiple refund requests from the same user, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account and deny future service.
