1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iconara ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Iconara is an AI-powered design platform that allows users to generate 3D isometric icons from text descriptions and reference images. The Service uses credit-based pricing where user accounts are debited upon successful generation.

3. Credit System & Billing

  • Purchase & Value: Credits are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis (one-time package purchases, not recurring monthly subscriptions). You can purchase credit packages as many times as you need. Credits allow you to initiate generations: Text-to-Icon uses 1 credit, and Image-to-Icon uses 3 credits.
  • Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the Service is operational.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Credit purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that package have been consumed. Once credits are used for icon generation, they are non-refundable.
  • System Failures: In the rare event of a system failure where credits are deducted but no generation is completed, you may contact our support team to request a manual adjustment of your credits.

4. Generated Content, Licensing & Acceptable Use

  • Ownership & Commercial License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the icons generated using your account for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only for original, non-infringing outputs.
  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated results.
  • AI Generative Nature: You acknowledge that the icons are generated by artificial intelligence. Similar prompts may result in similar outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, or exclusivity of the outputs.

5. Safety, IP Protection, & Prohibited Conduct

  • IP Protection Guard: We run automated filters to block prompts containing trademarked character names, brands, or copyright-protected intellectual property. Attempts to bypass these filters are strictly prohibited and violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the inputs you enter. You must not use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights, contains explicit material, or promotes hate speech.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Iconara is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any generated content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
